Community information night - Lansing, Kansas

  • Lansing District Auditorium 220 Lion Lane Lansing, KS, 66043 United States (map)

The prevalence of fake pills - pills that mimic legitimate medication but are often laced with fentanyl or methamphetamine - is a growing problem in communities across the nation.

Middle and high school students, parents, and community members are invited to this important presentation in memory of Cruz Burris, a 15 year old freshman at Lansing High School, who passed away on January 18th.

Experts from local police and emergency services providers will give information on the dangers, identification, and prevention of fentanyl related injuries and deaths. There will also be a demonstration from a K-9 officer.
